How long does shipping take within Egypt?
We offer fast, reliable shipping across all of Egypt. Orders are typically delivered within 3 to 7 business days, depending on your city. We prioritize speed so you can start styling your room as soon as possible.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We offer free shipping on all orders over 1,999 LE. For orders below this amount, a small flat-rate shipping fee is applied at checkout. It’s our way of helping you build your dream room without the extra cost.
📦 Orders & Payments
What payment methods do you accept?
To make shopping easy, we accept Cash on Delivery (COD) across Egypt, as well as all major credit and debit cards. Your security is our priority, so all online transactions are processed through a 100% secure payment gateway (Paymob).
Can I track my order?
Absolutely. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via SMS or email. You can use this to follow your Roomzy decor from our warehouse right to your doorstep.

What is your return policy?
We want you to love your decor! If you aren't 100% satisfied, we offer easy returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery. The item must be in its original condition and packaging. Just contact our team, and we’ll handle the rest.
What if my item arrives damaged?
Our items are packed with extra care, but accidents can happen. If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours with a photo of the product, and we will send you a replacement immediately at no extra cost.
